Terms and Conditions: Prize Draw

The Terms and Conditions as described in this document apply to the following giveaway:

Eligibility and participation requirements

A) Participants of the contest for the signed jersey will be approached randomly by the production team of 433, excluding (a) anyone connected in a professional capacity with the Contest and that person’s immediate family members, and (b) employees and contractors of the Prize Provider and Prize Promoter (defined below) or their respective affiliates.

B) Participants must be aged 18 years or older.

C) Participants waive all portrait rights (if applicable) and declare that he/she will not oppose any use by Prize Promoter or Prize Provider of the name of the participant in combination with the filmed contest and warrant that they will not bring any claim against Prize Promoter or Prize Provider, including but not limited to claims for portrait rights or attribution, in connection with the content or its use. Participants cannot claim any compensation with regard to the content or any of the above provisions

D) By participating in this Prize Contest, participants consent to the use of their name, country of residence, likeness, or Prize information for promotional and other reasonable purposes without further payment, except where prohibited by law. A winner may be required to participate in the Prize Provider’s or Prize Promoter’s reasonable marketing and promotional activities. By participating in the Prize Contest, participants consent to participate in such activities in the event that they are a winner.

E) Participation in the Prize Contest implies acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, any amendments to them, and the decisions of the Prize Provider, which are final and binding in all respects. The Prize Provider reserves the right to disqualify any entrant from the Prize Contest if, in its sole judgment, the entrant has not complied with these terms and conditions, has tampered with the operation of the Prize Contest, or has engaged in any conduct that is detrimental or unfair to the Prize Provider, the Prize Contest, or any other entrant.

F) Prize Provider reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds tampering with the operation or entry process of the Contest or acting in violation of these Official Rules or applicable law.

Prize

A) The prize available is: 1x David Villa signed replica Barcelona jersey provided by OPPO and 1x Julio Cesar signed replica Inter Milan jersey  

B) The Prize Provider will not replace any lost, damaged, or stolen prizes.

C) The winner is solely responsible for all ancillary expenses associated with the Prize.

D) The Prize Provider may, at its sole discretion, substitute any Prize won with a prize of equal or greater value.

E) Any unclaimed Prize remains the property of the Prize Provider.

F) The prize is only for personal-use of the winner and may not be resold or transferred.

G) The prize element cannot be exchanged for cash.

How to enter and winner selection
A) To enter the Prize Contest, participants must follow both @433 and @OPPO on Instagram, and leave a comment on the contest post.
B) The winners will be chosen from all eligible comments according to the criteria outlined by the Prize Promoter.
C) The Prize Promoter will continue to review entries until 2 participants have met the criteria outlined in these Terms & Conditions.
D) All decisions are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

A) All information submitted in connection with this Prize Contest will be treated in accordance with these terms and conditions.
B) The Prize Provider and/or Prize Promoter will not be responsible or liable for: (i) any failure to receive entries due to transmission failures or other conditions beyond their reasonable control; (ii) any late, lost, misrouted, distorted, or damaged transmissions or entries; (iii) any disruptions, injuries, losses or damages caused by events beyond their reasonable control; (iv) any postponement, delay or changes that may impact on the Prize caused by events beyond their reasonable control; or (v) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Prize Contest.
C) By participating in the Prize Contest you release the Prize Provider, relevant third parties, and each of their respective affiliated companies, directors, officers, employees, representatives, and agencies, from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Prize Contest or with the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, except as prohibited by law.
D) To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Prize Provider reserves the right to change these rules or cancel the Prize Contest at any time, in its sole discretion.
E) The Prize Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram.
